The Crystal Lodge stocks their own crystal, they are not a brokerage company, so they buy collections (UK only) and then list for sale on their website. This means that items are in stock and available for immediate despatch to you, and are already pre-checked. They have a fully functioning e-shop with photos/descriptions of pieces for sale, and also items which you can pre-order/express an interest in. If there is an item not shown on the website which you are seeking, you can use their Crystal Detective Service to track it down for you. The Crystal Lodge produce their own full-colour glossy Newsletters 3 times a year to subscribers and they are the UK's sole distributor of the Warner Books on Swarovski crystal.
